Purple Visits are a secure video calling platform specifically designed for use within the criminal justice system. The service is available to download via Apple store and Google play.
Purple Visits are proudly working with the Ministry of Justice to help people in custody have visual contact with their families during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The software allows up to 3 participants excluding the person in custody, the call can take place at home, work, in a park or at a family or friends home. You can also add an additional participent from a separate location, but they would have to be verified by Purple Visits in order to make the call. The video call can be taken anywhere and have high quality over 4G as well as Wi-Fi.
