We provide funded training programmes that comply with the current labour market to increase the chances of job outcomes for our learners. All courses are designed to fit employer’s needs, allowing us to create the ideal candidate
to fit in to their workforce.
We upskill each learner on basic disciplines, employ-ability skills and the qualifications required to be employed.
We have developed partnerships with employers across the UK to offer a flexible pathway in to work via our recruitment agency; our aim is to enable the individual for their responsibility to make an impression, break barriers and secure
long-term employment post 13 weeks on the agency.
We work in partnership with local authorities, commissioners, young people and families providing care in homes for children and young people aged 8 – 18. We aim to provide a positive quality living experience for young people
who need to be accommodated away from their own homes or families.
We work many HMP establishments across the UK offering through the gate services to those looking for a positive change upon release.
We design tailored mentoring plans for each learner that begins an IC programme, ensuring there is a high level of support available to enable the learner to achieve personal goals, independence, and sustainable living.
Provide semi-independent provisions, with a model of support called THE ‘Getting Ready for Adult life programme’ for 16-18-year-old care leavers.
