Building New Community Infrastructures Where Reform and Rehabilitation Take Centre Stage Through Joined-Up Thinking

Inside Connection Support CIC was founded in 2017 by John Burton. We are a Community Interest Company (CIC), and we aim to be the #1 provider of joined-up supported services for vulnerable individuals exiting the prison, care home or military systems.

Our business ambitions are to change the way reform and rehabilitation is identified and delivered – from the ground up; through the provision of sustainable supported services that enhance the personal, social, emotional and intellectual development of the most vulnerable people in society.

We aim to offer great social mobility training, housing, education and employment programmes that touch the individuals, families and whole communities. We bring together organisations to see what more can be achieved, and we ensure that any funding bids and donations benefit those who want to change their lives and make a positive contribution to society - regardless of their background or previous reputation.

There has never been a greater need for a fresh approach to tackling reform and rehabilitation or a more important time to act, than right now. Thousands of vulnerable people exiting the prison, care home or military systems are being released into communities but feel left behind, and unable to integrate properly. We are tackling reform and rehabilitation on the front line, to ensure people do not live on the bread line.
