Course Overview

Environmental Sustainability (Days 1-3): Our course begins with a deep dive into the principles of environmental sustainability in construction. CSCS Essentials (Days 4-5): Delve into the world of Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) as you acquire a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and best practices. Elevate your profile and credibility with industry-recognized qualifications that are essential for career progression.

Criteria

• Liverpool City Region Resident (including Liverpool, Halton, Knowsley, St Helens, Sefton and Wirral).
• Age 19+ on 31st August 2023.
• Unemployed or on low income (Less than £31,600 per annum).
• Not had the qualification previously.
• Must be able to read, write and speak good English.

Achieving

• Level 1 in Environmental Awareness and Sustainability in Construction.
• Level 1 Health and Safety in Construction.
• CSCS card and certificate (awarded by GQA).
• NOCN Environmental Sustainability certificate (awarded by NOCN).
